Am I way off base regarding federalized health care or insurance plans being unconstitutional?

I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post. I also looked up (Horatio Bunce), apparently a fictitious character who was used, I might add, spectacularly so, to explain a principal of how not to use our Constitution for charity. A wonderful and clear explanation that is just as true today as it was then...AND...I might add, our U.S. Constitution is just as constant as when it was written...not old and moldy..just the opposite, it is as sound a document as was ever written.

Our Constitution..."...And not one clause contained therein serves a “re distributive,” or “charitable purpose” to take money from those that earned it to give it to those that did not. Healthcare is a commodity, not a “right”

Obama's America was/is a Socialist/light Communism for Social Justice (redistribution of wealth). (U.S. Gave Palestinians $221 Million on Obama's Last Day in Office) why was this not investigated....who gave him the right to send taxpayers dollars to Palestine...?
