Let me see if I have this right. Company A that markets clothing is suing Company B that markets clothing over something someone else said? What did Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC do to incur legal liability?
Also, isn’t this an implicit admission that the Left’s attempt to boycott Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC has backfired? I mean, if the Left had succeeded in damaging Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC’s brand, then there would be no reason to sue. Right?
Attacking Kelly is just a diversion, if I am not mistaken a whole bunch of people dropped her clothing line generating all kind of liberal satisfaction and coverage. True Americans do not like it when someone is being bullied or ganged up on, glad her line is doing well

Modern Appealing Clothing (MAC) is a clothing retailer. They are not a competitor to Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC. In fact, MAC sells clothing from designers like Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC. If MAC has noticed the success of Ivanka Trump Marks, LLC, they should carry the “Ivanka Trump” line of clothing and participate in the success.
Kellyanne’s comments were really political. Made in response to a political attack on Ivanka. As soon as the dems made the attack political, all speech in response is political. Kellyanne’s goal was political not commercial.
