Two people have been injured as a result of explosions in artillery warehouses of the Ministry of Defense near Balaklia, Kharkiv region, the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region has said.

Notice the spherical shockwave that distorts the other smoke clouds behind it.

Large conventional bombs can do that - which since this was a munitions depot, would make sense.

The fertilizer plant in Waco, TX that exploded a few years ago had a similar mushroom cloud as well. It was estimated that the explosion was the equivalent of 100 tons of TNT.

In any case, you don’t want to be anywhere near something that’s producing mushroom clouds, nuclear or not.

Reports like this should also include a map because it is a foreign location and in a region which is under contention. Was it in the Russian or Ukrainian side ? And what impact it creates for the side it occurred on.
