Anyone serving as an official of a government entity, whether it be state, county, city, has to take an oath of office to uphold the Constitution and the laws governing that government entity. Interfering with the ability of ICE to conduct its duties under Federal immigration is probably a violation of that oath of office which is most likely an act of perjury for which the offender should be arrested by U.S. Marshals and hauled off to the slammer in handcuffs on TV, of course!!!!
In a saner day, it would be a slam-dunk.
If not perjury at least treason.
What's with all this EMASCULATED, TIMID, ESTROGEN-LACED verbiage?
ENOUGH ALREADY. The Constitution is CLEAR, just as it is CLEAR regarding Trump's Muslim BAN RESTRICTION!
Perjury might be a stretch, but felony obstruction of justice should be a slam dunk.
Obstruction of justice.
Civil War I: A war against separatist law breaking States....
Civil War II: A war against separatist law breaking CITIES....
The Rule Of Political Correctness supersedes the Rule Of Law in our modern Uniparty globalist society.
Until this is corrected, and it will be, there will be no arrests, no trials, and PC rule will be considered the norm by many younger generations.
I’d be perfectly satisfied if they were to lose their office.
No. Hanging a couple of them will be much more effective. It will serve to clear the minds of the misguided.
Pre-Nixon immigration enforcement was mostly local government in direct contact with Mexico, Phillipines, Canada local government on who should be deported and who to watch out for.
When Nixon centralized immigration in the Feds, we accused Nixon of socialism and all kinds of things. When Brewer, Arpaio (AZ) opposed the Feds, some yelled states rights.
But when the shoe is on the other foot, do we look like hypocrites?
Oath’s don’t seem to mean anything to the majority of Americans anymore if hiliary’s popular majority is any measure.
Not a “Bad” idea. Nothing can beat seeing a few mayors or governors swinging in the breeze.
How did the first “Sanctuary city” declaration not get the full impact of the law thrown in its face?
Letting them get away with breaking the law encouraged the others to follow suit.

Oh, why stop a mere few? We should do just as they would do to us: throw the book at ‘em and tack on EVERY POSSIBLE charge under the sun
- Dereliction of duty
- Violation of Oath of Office
- Harboring\aiding\abetting
- Conspiracy\RICO violations
- Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law\14th A. violations (Equal Under the Law)
- ...
They should need a fork-lift all the charges for each indictment. Bastards should take every penny from them, their biz\family and be spending LONG hours @ hard labor.
Well said, young man, well said. Couldn't agree more.
