Not that I can see. It was originally an American company (Cities Service” years ago.
Since it seems like we can’t build anymore refineries here, anytime we can pick up 3 refineries here stateside on the cheap from a communist outfit, including a heavy crude one, I would think we’d be fools not to.
I assume you know what you're talking about and I agree.
Why then has this been a report on the Ruskies threatening to acquire CITGO and not a report on a billionaire buying it and getting into the MAGA army ?
