Man, that was a fun trip. I needed a penicillin shot afterward, though. :(

Just stop to think for one moment..about this:

If that is the ATF secret account

Imagine the CIA's account.

Former Rendition plane sold twice, IIRC,right before the crash.

The film The Infiltrator based on a true story touches briefly on why one would sell a plane before a cocaine shipment.

It’s only taxpayer money- you didn’t need that to pay off your house or help you children with college tuition

I agree.

Or take their guns away, send them back to the Treasury department, and put them back to their original job of tracking down moonshiners and liquor smugglers.

... has denied any wrongdoing

The above statement from the ATF is why Americans hate the alphabet government agencies. They're so smug and believe there is nothing wrong with anything they do.

Fired? Prosecuted? Never happen...but don't worry someone will step up to a podium, take 'full responsibility' and than apologize if anyone was inadvertently offended by their misreading of the facts in this case.

And Big Government great?

Really .. just how were YOU planning an “undercover operation” .. without using the Suite to make it appear it was just a bunch of good ‘ole boys .. having a good time in Vegas ..???????????????????

Your plan would be ???????

I know .. it seems like a lot of money, but the guys who show up for NASCAR are usually the type who carry weapons.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Wow, thanks for that.

Because we all know NASCAR fans are the A#1 source of violence in America!
And if I wanted to do a sting of gun shops near the border how would I do it without telling them to send a huge pile of completely untracked weapons to the drug cartels?
And if I wanted to do a sting of a pawn shop how would I do it without involving a developmentally disabled person?
And how would I do any of this without a huge, illegal slush fund obtained through shady means?

These guys are a joke. There stings are jokes. They are power mad tyrants.

Maybe my plans wouldn’t involve BREAKING THE LAW. These citizen disarmament FANATICS. Got caught with their hands in the cookie jar again. Let’s see how it goes for them without Holder covering for them.

The BATFE seems pretty adamant that I follow the law. They want to make pretty darn sure that forms have the word yes instead of a y, that I have enough American parts in my SKS, that my barrel is the right length, that my gun won’t slam fire their special extra light primer ammunition...
They throw people in prison for this kind of crap all the time but I’m supposed to look the other way when they funnel guns to Mexican drug cartels to suit their political purposes. I’m supposed to not care that they BREAK THE LAW with their illegal slush funds. Hell no!

Most of my plans aren’t financed by smuggling cigarettes:

https://www.bostonglobe.com/news/nation/2017/02/22/the-atf-had-secret-slush-fund-financed-cigarette-smuggling/fImi0t2wxpM54qwtlB4s4L/story.html

Everybody from the FBI down to my local sheriff runs undercover operations without smuggling cigarettes and without breaking the law.

I don’t like intrusive, unconstitutional gun control laws any more than the next guy, but they would be more fairly applied by the FBI or anybody other than these jack-booted thugs who appear to have no qualifications other than a fanatical devotion to stripping me of my God given, natural, constitutionally protected rights.

It appears that ANOTHER administration branch department, the ATF, is filled with unprosecuted felons - just like the IRS.
