I would say, his election does seem to reveal he can appeal to folks based on his agenda, so perhaps I’m granting too much weight to that argument of yours there. As for Congress, you’ve got a pretty good point.
We did prevail on Gorsuch 54 to 45 though. That was evidence of moving some people to his side.
