Proof. Thanks but, please, any video of Obama should be preceded with a ***WARNING***. I try not to behold or hear Obama as much as possible as I experience a form of PTS. Thankfully I'm so full of God's grace today on Easter Sunday that it had little effect.

God bless and Happy Easter.

So if Trump seemed to say or do something that veered from a goal you consider to be important, like his support of Ryancare for instance, and you questioned what he said or did, do you think it would be fair for someone to say that you, “read the worst into every situation”?

No, I see nothing wrong with saying, “freedom of worship” and I don’t think Trump has some sort of stealth hidden agenda the way Obama did. I think Trump is God’s man for the hour on behalf of America. I think Trump believes in our freedoms including freedom of religion. IMO, “freedom of worship” is just another way of saying it.

My comment, again was that I loved Trump’s address and only questioned the very last part. I’m just not sure Trump (yet - I think he will) gets the desirability and power of the free market as, among other things, THE greatest anti-poverty program known to man.

If Trump makes an Easter speech and doesn’t mention health care and someone jumps him over health care, then I’d say it wasn’t reasoned.

When Trump made an Easter speech and didn’t mention a new program for minorities and someone jumped him over new programs for minorities, it wasn’t reasoned.

Again, as I said, his speech was a good one with the exception of this one part near the end. So far, when it comes to economic hardship in America, Trump’s position has been more government in the form of tariffs which hinders the free market. But he also talks about the free market and less government with lower taxes and fewer regulations. So he talks about both.

In the address, Trump said to “struggling Americans who have felt the the bitter taste of hardship” that “the White House is fighting for all those left behind” and to “work and live with the dignity all are entitled to know.” “No one left behind” and “entitled” are usually code words for more government.

So, yes, what he said raises a concern for me but your reading is also a fair one. Could go either way. I hope yours is the way it does go.

You didn’t answer my question but of course your answer would be that it would be unfair to call your question or objection “reading the worst into every situation” as it was unfair and unreasonable for you to do the same to me.

When you decided to go the route of trying to compare something different to what you did, to exonerate yourself, it was doomed to failure.

You raise a concern about Trump’s support of Ryancare. Someone calls it “reading the worst into every situation”.

I raise a concern about what Trump said near the end of his speech and you call it “reading the worst into every situation”.

Neither one is “reading the worst into every situation”.

Jim, when Trump advocated for Ryancare, that was a clear mistake.

Trump did not advocate for a program in his Easter Statement.

I know you can’t see a difference, but there is one.

Deliberately missing the point there Doughty..

The point is that my questioning part of Trump’s address, regardless of whether you agree with it, is not “reading the worst into every situation”.

Jim, he didn’t mention a program.

End of story.

You’ve been beating this dead horse for days now.

It is reading the worst into his Easter Address, one of the best ones I’ve ever heard.

Instead of you being able to listen and compliment him on it, you deliberately chose to go postal over something that was not said.

If you do the same thing again, I’ll complain about it again, if I see it.

What in the sam hell is driving you to be such an idiot over this?

Name one program Trump proposed in the address that you disagreed with. ONE

Name it or shut the hell up.

You are a waste of time.

YOU said my comment was “reading the worst into every situation”.

Own up to what you did Dork or get the hell off of this.

Still can’t name one can you hot-shot.

Trump didn’t propose one single thing in his Easter Address for you to melt down over.

And yet you did.

This is the second time you’ve tried to move the topic off what you did, to escape.

It still isn’t working.

A guy with any common sense whatsoever would own up to what they did here, or at the very least stop calling attention to it.

Here. Relish the moment you made a fool of yourself.

Yes folks, he’s still proud of it.

You’re dishonest, a deflector, and a huge waste to time. You don’t own up to the stupid statements you said about how my comment was “reading the worst into every situation”.

Get the hell off my channel and go away.

Jim, you need to rethink what you’re upset over.

The portion of post 31 that you are going postal over, was of your own contrivance.

You are the one who came up with this phrase...

And I quote:

[ #NeverTrumpers, which “read the worst into every situation”... ]

I never said you read the worst into every situation.

This is what I said.

“This is exactly what you did here.”

You read/listened to Trump’s comments and read the worst into it, here. That addresses one specific event.

I have not deflected anything. I can’t help it if you jump to conclusions with me as you did with the Trump presentation.

Trump didn’t propose any new programs.

I did not state that you always read the worst into every situation. I said you read the worst into this one.

from post 31

Quoting: (states, I am quoting from your post)

#NeverTrumpers, which “read the worst into every situation”...

[ My resposne: ]

This is exactly what you did here. If given time and some thought, I think you’d agree with that. Trump promised nothing of substance here, other than that he was thinking about them, and planned on helping them.

If you can find another place where I said something along these lines, link me to it and I’ll address it.

Basic English there Doughty and I don't have time to help you with that.

#NeverTrumpers, which "read the worst into every situation"... This is exactly what you did here.

Now go away and quit wasting my time.

Yes Jim, you did read the worst into Trump’s comments here.

Do you know the difference between here and everywhere?

Evidently not.

You wasted your time. From the first post on, trying to defend your wing-nut comment was a waste of your time.

Your comprehension is the only thing in question with this latest screw up on your part.

You freaking miss the whole point again and again which has to do with what YOU said and about which YOU have a hard time dealing with. Well deal with it.

I’m gone.
