Jim, from your first post on this thread, you’ve been lost in space. You complained about dreamed up expansion of the welfare state. When called on it, you were not able to point to one single program the President actually proposed.

When it was explained to you that Trump was only reaching out to minorities to tell them he would work to make sure their communities would begin to see more of the Capitalist benefits the middle-class did, you read it as a welfare state promise. That was your cup half empty mistake. Trump made a cup half-full promise, to get it up more toward full.

When confronted with this and told that Trump has been talking about reducing the welfare state, you continued to assert he promised to expand the welfare state.

Then you went of the rails on another point. You stated that I said you always view Trump in the wrong light. What I actually said was that in this instance you were doing that.

Since you posted this thread on the 14th, you have displayed an inability to stick to reality. You still can’t four days later.

With each new post you bury yourself deeper in your world of make believe.

That Trump speech was excellent. It was so good that I was wondering who wrote the thing. It was one of the greatest speeches I’ve heard a president make on the topic.

Then I read your take on it, and it floored me how someone could read what you had into it. Your lead in and last comment didn’t make up for your just plain idiotic comments in the middle. They were foolish.

Then you tried to denigrate me for saying that you were reading the worst into Trump’s comments “here” with this thread.

You tried to misconstrue that into me saying you always did it. I didn’t say that, and readers are not going to think that I did. None the less, you still post comments saying I won’t own up to what I did.

Jim, I do own up to what I did. I called you on being an idiot from your first post until now. I called you on mistakenly trying to denigrate me for saying something I didn’t.

I’m not the only person to take offense to your comments on this thread. You shouted down several of them. That won’t work with me.

You happened to pull this nonsense on a day when things were winding down with many anti-Trump posts on the forum. I and others had had a belly full of the tripe comments folks have been making against Trump here.

Trump’s Easter speech was very good. Instead of thanking him for the change in direction, you went ballistic on some trumped up vapor logic point.

Jim, on and on it goes. You were wrong to begin with, and to this point you still can’t be honest about what you pulled here and got called on.

It’s to your own discredit to continue this. I can’t stop you if you want to make an even bigger fool of yourself, but as a person who has no reason to take you to task off this thread, I’d certainly like to see you take a pass on doing it.

It's also where you first addressed Trump's deep dark desire to expand the Welfare State.

Please Jim. Point out to me what program that he proposed, that you disagreed with in his best-of Easter Address.
