Will be interesting to see how they can call it a right when the victims are not of majority age, and therefor, incapable of legal consent.
You cannot equate female genital mutilation with circumcision. The foreskin is not equivalent to the clitoris, the penis is. If circumcision were removing the penis we would die out in one generation.
