I thik I liked it better in the late 70’s. If someone was picking on you back then you met after school and settled it. Even if you lost a fight as long as the other guy knew you would defend yourself the bullying usually stopped.

From looking at the mother’s facebook, she is married to a black man and their children all seem to be light skinned.
It’s possible the reason the authorities don’t consider this “hate crime” is because technically they are all hyphenated Americans.
For bullies, it is safest to pick a white girl as the target.
They should sue the school.
I remember reading about how a boy got arrested for disorderly conduct for kicking a garbage can in class cause he ha a bad day.
Back in my day the worst that would happen to him is detention. Instead now the cops arrest you and take you to jail. Doesn't matter if your 13 or 8.

Yep!...So “seriously” that the bullying continued and the girls even threatened the mom. That's “serious” alright! /s
Is this the wonderful socialization that homeschoolers are missing? So?....Why are children and teens subjected to abuse that would win an adult **MILLIONS** in court? To add the emotional and sometimes physical injury the kids are gaslighted by being told that the bullying is good for them!
A government school defended reported me to the moderators for using the acronym for Another Reason to Homeschool. She claimed that she thought it referred to pornography. She is a teacher. Personally, I think it was an attempt ( among many) to get me banned.
