Your point is the most important, because I have been watching this closely and from what I have found so far is that he has NOT been arrested. There have even been people who have spotted him and notified authorities and nothing was done. It actually appears as though California law enforcement is getting “stand down” instructions and not arresting him.
Not for liberals, it would appear.
