Strip the kid of citizenship and deport him with his dad.
I hate to generalize, but it appears to be culturally acceptable for many people from that part of the world (at least the dregs who are here illegally) to commit sexual offenses and commit DUI without consequence. This man has been caught doing both. How many times has he committed these and similar offenses without being caught? If he stays here, it is unlikely his behavior will change. I feel sorry for his son, but...DEPORT.
What should have happened:
Judge: “Your no-account father is a scofflaw who is in this country illegally. However, we are going to treat him more courteously than his native country would treat a U.S. citizen if the situation was reversed. We are going to give your father, you, and any other family members a FREE trip home, along with literature written in both English and Spanish explaining our immigration laws.
“Grow up to be an honest citizen in the country of your forebears.”
Deport the entire clan...call it the extended family re-unification program since liberals complain about separating the families. Ad where is the compassion of country of origin in helping to facilitate this family re-unification?
Soon the immigration advocates will bring mariachi bands to play somber mood music providing sympathetic melodrama to the courtroom atmosphere.
Is this all it takes to get what you want? A cute kid crying? I know a couple cute kids that I can send to Congress to cry “Cut federal spending by 20%” and “Repeal Obamacare” and “Build the Wall”.

For every heart break parent child separation story there is actually a parent abandons child story also. In some cases giving up your child so that they can live here is admirable and courageous. But that isn’t what we have. Instead we have a callous parent using his child as leverage.

Reading the article, every word out of dad's mouth sounded coached.
If you can’t take the consequences, don’t do the crime.
Then Dad shouldn’t have come illegally.
End birth right citizenship immediately.

I believe I read some where once that the typical drunk driver only gets caught once out of 80 instances of driving while intoxicated.
He was caught once on New Years day seven years ago, how many times has he done it since?
He was caught once recently for sexual assault, how many times has he got away with it because it was never reported?
This does not happen in any other country of the world. When illegals are caught ANYWHERE but the DUMB USA, the family is sent back. You Mexicans have custody of this kid we did give citizenship to, so you have to take him with you!!!!!!
