Washington, D.C. Sen. Patty Murray released the following statement to mark May Day marches happening in Washington state and around the country on Monday, May 1, 2017.
At a time when our own president is breaking promises to working families, while engaging in divisive rhetoric and causing fear for so many of our friends and neighbors, the 2017 May Day marches have taken on new urgencyand I stand with the many people in our state and across the country who will march peacefully to make their voices heard and who refuse to stay silent in the face of injustice and economic inequality. Theres no doubt that more than ever, many members of our communitiesno matter where they come fromneed to know they have our support in pushing back against this Administrations destructive and divisive policies.
In Congress, I will continue to fight for policies to help working families, and for meaningful, comprehensive immigration reform so we can truly address our nations broken immigration system, while doing everything I can to reject the Trump Administrations proposals that tear families apart, unravel DACA, construct an expensive and ill-conceived border wall, or strip cities and local law enforcement agencies of critical federal funding. I urge everyone to keep standing up and making your voices heard to remind this Administration that this is your country too, and we will not back down.
What she really said:
In Congress, I will continue to fight for policies to help America become the third world dirtbag country full of peasnats that we socialist elites want to rule over...”
She truly is an imbecile.... And a turd.
Spoken like the devoted Marxist that she is.
Such a good little bolshevik.
Oh good lord.......we’re all doomed.
Do the Dems have anything in their
playbook besides Trump?
Dumber than a brick, and that is giving her too much credit. Boot this worthless, ugly brick out Washington.
Good luck with that. All that the brickheads in the People’s Republic of Seattle see is the “D” next to Sneakers’ name.
Over the years, Patty has leveraged her position on the Senate Transportation Appropriations Subcommittee to bring large amounts of transportation pork home to Washington state, which makes her the modern equivalent of Warren Magnuson. (Maggie had to be drunk to be as dumb as Patty on a normal day.) Patty's staff makes sure that she gets the credit for her pork, and this is why she wins. In terms of money brought home from DC, Patty is a net asset for the state.
She'll be in the Senate as long as she can bring home the pork.
Did you have to....
Well, I hadn’t eaten yet and am trying to diet.....
And the second-srupidest person ever elected to the Senate.
I’ll give you a hint who the stupidest senator is: his name rhymes with Cobby Basey, and he’s from Pennsylvania.
Bless her heart. She is the first senator to have Downs Syndrome.
Uh, just WHAT promises to working families has he broken?
Small head, small brain.
Senator DimBulb speaks!
She just may be the stupidest person in our government. I know, I know, competition for that title is fierce. But, I think Patty has a real shot as it.
I’m always surprised when she’s allowed to talk.
It’s down to her and Maxine Waters.
I have to say, your post really made me LOL. Subtle, yet so on point.
I hereby nominate it for post of the day.
