I think Comey believed that Hillary should have been charged for the server, the classified emails, and the deleting of over 30,000 emails but 0 and Lynch weren’t about to let that happen to the democrat presidential candidate in an election year. Bringing up Lynch’s meeting with Clinton is just another jab at Lynch for putting in the fix for Hillary. Many others have gone to prison for a lot less than what Hillary did.
