Thank you God for president Trump, bc he probably pushed that part, GOP hasn’t done jack til he came along. I’ve basically quit following day to day news on Trump. I trust him to plot and plan and execute for the country’s and conservatives beat interests. His term is four years not 100 days. Whoo hoo!

Republicans in the Senate will kill this bill.

It’s what they do.

Many of us have been around for decades, and have learned not to have much faith in bureaucrats and politicians. Certainly not to rejoice over them.

If Obamacare and funding for Planned Parenthood are dumped under his administration, then I will praise these actions.

But I’ve been around for over five decades. I’m very slow to adulate any politician, including President Trump. May he do well. Let his actions speak as loud or louder than his words, many of which I strongly support.

I’m sure a judge will require them to keep them open. Waiting!

Why do you think HH and JM will vote for the law?

it will pass in the Senate.
it will be considered a financial item and passed with a simple majority.
if necessary it will trigger the nuclear option... or endure the unlimited debate, where liberal baby killers die on their feet in the well of the senate.
any differences will be settled in committee and passed with an voice vote... and passed on to the president.

it will.

"Senate won’t pass it.

AK...

Rino's Collins and Murkowski from Alaska will be the defectors, it will be that close.... Then it is 50/50. That makes Vice President Pence the tie-breaker.

If Lindsey and his "dear friend" get cute and join them, then it's over... Just my 2 cents.

sure it can pass on 51, provided it does
and people like McCain and Lindsay and the Maine lady
don’t sabotage it

It's another indication that what bothers FReepers does become part of the discussion.

Don't know about Trump, but Mike Pence is a long time active FReeper.

Mainly because I heard Michael Medved mention it BUT still, if one checks out how North Dakota democrats vote, some of them still vote conservatively and I believe, even some are pro-life.

West Virginia with JM must be a similar situation.

Medved also said these people will be up for reelection soon, I know JM is in 2018, it may be in their interest to vote for this piece of legislation.

Theo, there’s nothing wrong with rooting for the home team.

That doesn’t mean you’re always going to agree. When you don’t, point it out reasonably. I have.

I still plan on being part of the best cheering squad for Trump on the Internet.

He is championing our causes, even by paying them lip-service. We haven’t had that since Reagan.

You can’t get a little excited about the Health Care bill that cuts funding for Planned Parenthood?

That right there was worth the vote > IMO.

This guy is more one of us than a lot of folks grasp.
