POTUS, Donald J. Trump......keep on cleaning out the Democrat cesspool and swamp in Washington, DC. The Democrats keep losing special election after special election. The polls in Montana and Georgia show the Democrats will lose these races on May 25 & June 20!!! Millions of Americans are behind you and support you 100%!!!

All Americans should strive to not only defeat the Democrat Party in the Mid-Term elections of 2018, but to destroy the Democrat Party politically.....forever!!!

Your signing today of an Executive Order to investigate and correct voter fraud is absolutely necessary, needed...start with the Democrat voter frauds in New York & California, etc.!!!

“it’s about as easy to remove a president from office as it is to pass a constitutional amendment”

Not even close.

In fact, Impeachment and Conviction requires fewer votes than a simple veto override. And, of course, and Amendment is the highest threshold of all.

a vote of at least 2/3 of those present is required to convict and remove the president from office.

Sorry, never gonna happen. EVER.

Pocan is openly gay. He credits his political activism in part to an incident soon after he graduated from college and opened his printing business. Pocan reports that he was followed by two men after he left a gay bar, and was beaten with a baseball bat while they called him “faggot” and other slurs. This gaybashing incident spurred him to become active in the Madison LGBT community. Pocan is notable for having been the only openly gay member of the state Assembly after Tammy Baldwin’s election to Congress, and was one of three LGBT members of the 100th Wisconsin Legislature, alongside Sen. Tim Carpenter (D–Milwaukee), bisexual Rep. JoCasta Zamarripa (D–Milwaukee).
On November 24, 2006, Pocan and his long-term partner, Philip Frank, were legally married in Toronto, Ontario.

Why would they ever need a clock?

It's a digital clock! Just don't tell them it's 'a quarter to anything', they'll be flummoxed for days.

The clock is the timer for the bomb so when it blows up in their faces, they will have an excuse.

This particular bomb isn't just going to singe their eyebrows and blacken their faces, like in a Warner Brothers cartoon. It's going to vaporize them.

Please, let them continue nudging the hands on that timer towards 12:00.

“The media is weaponized against Trump.”

As it was against Nixon.

Thankfully, we have FR, Twitter, Hannity, etc. and the MSM has lost standing in the past 45 years.

They can no longer shape public opinion with their fake news and invent fake history aka Watergate.

Well, they can still shape the opinion of certain audiences. Hopefully, it’s not enough to hound Trump out of office.

I agree it’s not going to happen.

I was just pointing out the vote thresholds and the fact that impeach and convict takes fewer total votes than a veto override.

And quirk of the Constitution. Some may find it interesting, many, probably not.

impeachment is nothing.

It’s like been censured, it’s a big nothing burger.

REMOVAL from office takes a 2/3 vote, the same as a constitutional amendment.

The Amendment process requires 2/3 vote in BOTH houses, and ratification by 3/4 of all state legislatures.

Veto override requires 2/3 vote in both houses.

Impeachment and removal requires 50% +1 in the House, and 2/3 of the Senate to convict. Certainly a high threshold, but lower than the two above.

2/3 of the senate couldn’t agree that the sky is blue.

there is zero chance of removal.

“”If every one of you supporting impeachment can’t prove it..you apologize publicly....and...you resign. Senators and Representatives””

Good idea. Why is Maxine being so quiet? I haven’t heard a peep out of her since Tuesday’s news.

Is there anyone left in WI with a functioning brain? Or do they just send those who don’t have one to DC?

Don’t think the Dems own either the House or the Senate at this time; which would make it rather difficult for them to impeach anyone.
