The only way to fight leaks is to routinely and randomly strap all people with access to leaking info to the polygraph. This is common at the CIA where confidentiality seems to be more treasured that the freakin’ White House!
The leaks definitely do seem to be coming from the WH.
We’re being led to believe they’re coming from individuals. They may well be - maybe not - but it’s causing us all to distrust practically everyone.
Oh, and I believe the Trump’s living quarters are bugged. Why would TPTB have any qualms about doing that?

It seems to me, that he might be baiting them. He does this a lot. He intentionally misspells tweets so that everyone sees them because the media obsesses over the spelling and totally misses the real message. He drops nuggets that he knows they will bite at and the do. The media feeding frenzy always fights for the chum he throws into the water and they always get caught and filleted in the end only to do it again and again. That is how he won the presidency and that is how he will make America great again!

Anyone can aim a camera at Oval Office windows and hire a lip reader to find out what's being said.

And an extra billion to back off on damaging our elected President... My suggestion? Mirror film on the Oval Office windows. The whole media is a scandal mongering, gossip spreading, with evil intent to this Trump presidency, arm of the democrat party. Anyone who thinks Trump was hugging Comey vs leaning in to say something has likely never been hugged. He clearly was saying something privately and thus leaned in to do so.
