I would call this obstruction of justice.
I believe that there’s rampant corruption in Congress. Therefore, I demand that EVERY SINGLE representative and senator be investigated to find out if anything inappropriate or illegal has been done. No, I can’t point to a specific law being broken or have any specific evidence.
....but it seems none of that is required anymore, so I want my investigations!
That is what this all amounts to. It’s a witch hunt. They know there’s nothing to it all, they’re just trying to get Trump to do something untoward so they can say it’s not “Presidential” and should step down. It’s all theater, all lies. My guess is that there’s REALLY BIG corruption that they’re trying desperately to keep covered up, the only way to do it is to keep all the attention on Trump. Seth Rich anyone? Clinton Foundation? Espionage Act? ...the list is probably long and deep, they just assumed Hillary would win and it’d all be ok. Obama’s legacy, build on sand, would be able to continue.
They lost everything in this election and they know there’s more to be lost unless they can oust Trump.
I'd like to think that Mueller is an honorable man intent only on doing what is best for the country. I'd also like to think that Barack Obama will go on "Sixty Minutes" next Sunday and admit that he was born in Kenya.
