James O’Keefe sued for $1 million over video sting

Politico reports that James O’Keefe has been sued for an undercover video sting he released last year:

O’Keefe and his organization posted some of the videos online last October, purporting to show efforts by Democrats to provoke violence at Donald Trump’s campaign rallies and events.

The recordings led two Democratic operatives, Robert Creamer and Scott Foval, to leave their posts even as they decried O’Keefe’s tactics.

In the new civil lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington Thursday, Creamer, his Strategic Consulting Group and a related firm called Democracy Partners accuse O’Keefe and several colleagues of conspiring to violate federal and District of Columbia laws against the secret recording of private conversations.

Conversations in public places are not private conversations.

Truth was banned by the 60s, so that Western Civilization could be destroyed by the sodomite Marxists (and individualism and free will could be erased in the minds of the brainwashed, conditioned children). The Left needed to normalize the unnatural and irrational to erase reason and logic and truth. Vice, like sodomy and baby-killing, create slaves for the state (system). Virtue is necessary for freedom and virtue is habituated (or not) in children.

The Age of Reason could only exist with a Christian worldview-—so it is not allowed and only lies and disinformation is allowed in skools, etc., to destroy the minds of all children. They removed Classical Christian curricula by the 1930s so they could easily corrupt the children and normalize vice (irrationality).

Truth will set us free. (The Bible is so true).

Even in states that are 2 party consent states, a person can record without telling the other person if they believe that they will be recording evidence of crimes.

These lawyers know all this, which is why an unbiased judge would throw out such a lawsuit.

Absolutely. The so-called “justice” system has been a vice system for decades.

They use so-called “Just” Law to destroy the Good when all just laws have to ONLY promote “public virtue” (Justice John Marshall).

Now, it promotes Stalin’s constitution by forcing theft of private property and punishes virtue in people, as it promotes only vice. It is ALL unconstitutional—to promote vice and irrational “law” which Cicero stated will always destroy cultures. Vice collapses cultures and destroys trust and unity. The promotion of vice in a “law” is unconstitutional, as Nuremberg Trials stated.

Right Reason and Natural Laws are essential to all Just Law. We need to reform the so-called “legal” system and create only constitutional law.

I say GOOD!

Let discovery find out all about those Detroit vote machines, the ones that were run through multiple times.

PLEASE, oh please bring this up!

Make Melowese Richardson testify until she bleeds.

She got five years, but she should have been put away for life.

By suing O’Keefe, aren’t they vulnerable under the rules of discovery?

(from the article):" In the new civil lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington Thursday, Creamer, his Strategic Consulting Group and a related firm called Democracy Partners
accuse O’Keefe and several colleagues of conspiring to violate federal and District of Columbia laws against
the secret recording of private conversations."

How can a group meeting be considered a private conversation ?
Recording a group conversation of probable criminal actions, while in collusion with others is called a "whistle-blower".
This case should be carried on the front page of every newspaper, since the longer it remains in the open, the criminal actions of Cremer and the DNC sponsored violence
will turn every DNC action into scrutiny,
and remind the public of the extent that the Dems and DNC sought to portray the Repubbies as the source of violence
which the DNC, Clinton, and O'Bummer caused.

Squared and cubed! They'll try to muzzle him with the death of a thousand nuisance lawsuits that cost big $$ to defend. Hope some benefactor swoops in pro bono to mount a defense.

Scott Foval described Creamer as “diabolical”. The fact it took this long to sue O’Keefe suggests that diabolical Bob took the time to figure out how to use this lawsuit in the short and long term. Wonder what he’s after besides the obvious?
