Trump is giving that money to the government, so there is no conflict of interest
I remember TRUMP saying he would donate the $$$ to charity if any foreign Government stays at his Hotel or something

No, that wasn’t US veterans—that was the PR agency hired by the Saudis to dupe US veterans into being front men protecting the perpetrators of 9/11 from prosecution.

The vets knew nothing about duping or being duped.
So, where are visitors from foreign governments supposed to sleep? The Lincoln bedroom? Under a freeway overpass?

So what. Did they pay more than other guests of the hotel, like a bribe or something? Didn’t think so.
