MARIETTA, GA. Democrats have discovered something unexpected in Jon Ossoff, the 30-year-old first-time candidate from Georgia: a model for winning back the House majority.

Now they just need to try and replicate it —

Why?

Because Ossoff LOST.

The irony was they had just the same kind of confidence that Hillary was going to win and that blew up in their faces as well.

And here they were, three days ago, all snarky and smarmy and confident of their win, ready to replicate it.

And I say, *Sure! Go ahead and replicate it. Wherever and whenever you can.*

I love to see their noses being rubbed in their smug self-confidence.

NTOWY.

Boy this is too funny. Yep, we would like to see the Democrats replicate the campaign of Ossoff in other places too.

I know hindsight is 2020 but it seems far fetched that the Dems. thought they would make inroads in a GOP leaning area with Ossoff. He looks to be right out of central casting, as someone with a “pretty boy metrosexual” and “liberal” and “smarmy” demeanor. His type goes over well on the upper west side or West Hollywood, but not so much in other places.

And most of what came out of his mouth were liberal talking points.

They clearly misjudge the situation, to think that opposing Trump is all that’s needed to win elections. To think that just being the Democrat candidate and pledging to oppose Trump would carry him to victory, in retrospect, was very foolish.

And it’s great to see the Democrats poured tens of millions of dollars into this campaign, and still came up empty. Geez, $50 million or so isn’t enough to buy a Congressional seat????

Re: Trump’s bad poll numbers: are these polls done by the same people who do the pollls that show Democrats winning elections right up to the last hours before they lose?

Yeah, we want the Bolsheviks to keep on keepin’ on, exactly the same. Don’t change a thing. Especially the final outcome.

What is good about this is that it *Kills* the model of appearing as a “moderate” to voters.

The far left will now say that “see, we tried moderation, and it failed!” The far left will now take more Democrat primaries”.

“This is an article from: POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

2 reasons:

1. Their pre-election statements should indeed be scrutinized after the election, to see how close they came to reality.

2. For comic relief.

I’m thinking seriously of running for Congress as a Democrat in 2018. The more outrageous I am, the more California and Northeast money I could pull in.

Maybe hold back 1% for FR “grass roots social media outreach” after the campaign is over.

I would encourage all of you to “drop Alex a quick e-mail!” I just did! I hope if he really thinks Ossoff represents a “success,” that the RATs replicate his approach to electoral politics in each and every contest.

Delicious. Thanks for posting. Some Freepers above might consider this old news, but I consider it good news. The kind that never gets old.

I confess I didn’t read more than the excerpt because I didn’t want to give the Modesto Bee an unwarranted hit.

Their problem is they are a bunch of degenerate evil baby killing COMMUNIST SCUMBAGS, who want to steal our money and let in MILLIONS of Mexicans and Mozlums to kill us, take our jobs and depress our wages.

Oh, and take our guns and criminalize any opposition speech, weaken our military and faggotize every square inch of America and we’ll like it or else.

ISIS has nothing on these MF’s.
