Since CNN is universally recognized as fake news, why do they still have a seat? Seems like Spicer and company should remove them.

According to the article, it's done by the White House Correspondents Assn. Which strikes me as yet another bureaucratic group that needs nixing.

What happened to Breitbart, I wonder? I thought they had a seat too.

Yep. A private group should not be making decisions on this very public setting. I vote that as a first step have them get MSNBC and CNN to share a seat, else remove both in favor of other deserving groups.

I just wish that taxpayer funding would be withdrawn from PBS. They barely pay lip service to being “fair”, and it’s easy to see that they’re a propaganda arm for the left/Democrat party. Why should conservatives have to contribute to a media entity which is uniformly a mouthpiece for the Democrats?

Have CNN and MSNBC share one chair. Have ABCNNBCBS share one mind. (Oh. They already do.)

I agree. I watch their cooking and craft and gardening and home remodeling shows and have never sent them a dime; I figure I’m ‘paying’ for it, anyways. (We only have Free Government TV out here in the sticks.)
I never watch their news or any of their flat-out propaganda.

Same with public radio. The most irritating thing is that they always begin with a leftist premise in their stories and interviews, and the stupid token “conservatives” they have on just allow it, never challenge it.

Given the scarcity of seats, it may well be time for the networks that have both a TV and radio chair to combine them.

Let them keep the seating arrangement.
Just revoke CNN’s white house press credentials and leave the seat vacant.
Then put Mika and Joe on the no fly list.
