Judge will not allow it, from what I understand.
Baby Gard should be given the option of the most humane option possible. He can’t eat, can’t speak, can’t hear, and is in pain.
You have evidence that this child is in pain? Interesting. Even the docs have testified that they have no proof of that.
Which judge? It’s none of his freaking business.
Those parents should steal their baby out of that death trap hospital and country and get over here STAT.
Re Charlie being in pain, we shouldn’t believe everything the socialists tell us. The last sentence is from a specialist/medical expert:
‘During the hearing today, the doctor told the court that he thought the therapy was worth trying and believed there was at least a 10% chance of success in Charlie’s condition by using it. He said he has not seen Charlie experiencing any pain.’

I have seen videos of little Charlie. I have never seen a more serene expression on a sleeping child’s face. Charlie has several issues which you enumerated; but pain clearly isn’t one of them.
