Very true about recruiting police. What are the laws about curfews in said AO? What about children and teens out with NO adult supervision after dark, if that is fact? Plus how in the hell does a 500 person thug party just happen? This was clearly planned. Any group of 500 must have some kind of permit IMHO? I say-no welfare payments of any kind to any parent or parents, if any kid counted for said program is out creating a disturbance/destruction of police vehicles, etc. No more cash/bennies from us without obeying our laws.
