Back in the seventies when they were hollering about global cooling, some scientists were planning on blowing up glaciers or something in Alaska to warm the earth.
Isn't our atmosphere about 80 percent nitrogen, almost 20 percent oxygen, with less than 1 percent trace gasses? And of that, about 0.04 percent (four-hundredths of a percent) is CO2. So liberal buffoons want to reduce the mere 0.04 percent of CO2 and starve plant life on Earth. Madness I say!

They - the climate alarmists - consider what humans have done over the course of time as in affect “human engineering” and now they think we arrogant humans are so utopian perfect we can intentionally mess with the atmosphere in a supreme feat of human engineering, and nothing will possibly go wrong! Yea, right! Sometimes I think these climate “fixers” are worse than all the Al Gore climate alarmists.

This is why I have never understood the environmentalist logic in recycling paper. Paper comes from trees that are planted as a crop. It is like recycling wheat. Bury the paper in a landfill and plant more trees.
