A nightmare is unfolding for the New York Times that could well be devastating for the collapsing credibility and mindshare of the entire progressive media. In a court filing by defense counsel for the New York Times, the scope of the discovery being sought by Palin's legal team was revealed. If the court allows, the story that it could tell might well be all too revealing. Kaja Whitehouse of the New York Post spotted the public disclosure.
In a motion arguing that the case be dismissed, lawyers for the New York Times complained that Palin's legal team has served notice that she plans to subpoena "twenty-three non-party current and former Times reporters, editors and other employees - most of whom had nothing to do with the editorial at issue."
The subpoenas are part of Palin's effort to obtain "documents that might reveal, among other things, their 'negative feelings' toward her," The Times told the judge.
Palin's legal team also intends to ask the paper to produce "every internal communication it has had about her since 2011," they said.
As of an hour ago, the New York Times was clamming up, when qeried about the disclosure.

You go girl. Go get em.
Sick ‘em, Sarah!
Take those bastiges down
To Sarah's Amazing List.
I hope our Sarah ends up owning that fish wrap.
Just so she can shut it down.
:) She is a doll!
Ha! She is going to expose them, by their own internal documents, what a sleazy, far left, socialist, fake news, propaganda arm of the democrat party they have become...
Just so she can shut it down.
Turns it Conservative. Could you imagine the dust-up that would cause?
These lawsuits need to happen.
“Turns it Conservative. Could you imagine the dust-up that would cause? “
New York City would become a “ghost town” with all the liberals jumping out of tenth story windows!
Yep, go get ‘em girl...put some “Lipstick” on those pigs...I really hope she ends up buying this rag and making into a REAL newspaper that know how to tell the truth!!!
Just imagine if media attacked liberal lap dogs the way they attack conservatives? The DOJ and AG would be involved.
I think criminal charges are apropos.
That's the definition of a Win-Win!
I think I’d turn it into a children’s magazine with about half the content being comics and humor, just to show what a joke it has become.
I do not regret my vote, but I'm also gratified that McCain did not win.
I actually think he would have been worse than what we got.
At least with the other asshole, we knew what was going to happen...with McCain, it was gross speculation as to what dumb ass thing would be next.
And I do not think that Palin would have had any influence on the crazy bastard.
Need the widespread discovery to show the pattern of behavior - fake news.
Considering that part of her case requires her to prove malice on the part of the Times then I would assume this information would be relevant to that.
They deserve to be owned by her lock, stock, and barrel.
I hope her legal team is as tough as she is.
