“What gets me with these fools is do they think if they managed to successfully sabotage Trump we would ever make peace with them?”

They have zero influence now, so they believe they have nothing to lose. We know that they don’t give a damn about advancing conservative policy. Three Senate idiots proved that Thursday night. It’s all about who controls the levers of power.

(Read: Lisa Murkowski celebrates GOP victory by screaming ‘I am the chairman!’
https://www.upi.com/Top_News/US/2014/11/07/Lisa-Murkowski-celebrates-GOP-victory-by-screaming-I-am-the-chairman/6081415361786/ )

For Senators, that means their bet is that they’re less vulnerable in the primaries than they will in November by doing nothing to roll back Obamacare. Look at Murkowski - she lost her primary and still won on a write-in. She probably feels invincible from the right. McCain just got reelected and will be long dead by the time his seat is up again. Collins is from ME in which Trump lost the popular vote statewide (but was able to pick off an EV).

People like Kristol know that he has the ear of the pansy wing of the GOP, so getting them elected is his only way to relevance. That they roll over and do nothing to actually roll back leftism is almost entirely irrelevant.

“Scaramucci was reportedly escorted from White House grounds “

Oh, you mean when someone resigns there or is terminated they don’t let them wander around a while and find their own way out? Wow...amazing.

General Kelly is doing his establishment duty. Right along with McMaster.

President Trump should Pardon (former) Sheriff Joe Arpaio and offer him a White House Position as an advisor. Give Joe his own private jet, -and budget in enough for some security people.

“”From source in West Wing: Kelly now marching through halls of West Wing practicing bayonet maneuvers. Trump cowering in Oval Office.””

Please stop with the slobbering tough guy stuff. Just another General that’s more of an MBA/politician than a warfighter. First time he went to war was as an Asst Division commander. He’s never shot anyone, stabbed anyone, or done anything except bounce from one Military college to another, to training commands, HQ USMC for 4 years as an assignment monitor, Congressional liaison for several years... and then, finally, they send him to war as an asst division commander.

Just another swamp creature.

...Kelly now marching through halls of West Wing practicing bayonet maneuvers...

That's actually pretty funny taken by itself.

“Gee. You’d think 9 months after Trump won, GP would get over their bitter hang-ups about NeverTrumpers.”

Nope, anyone who was a never Trumper after July 21st 2016 is a POS and should never escape that judgment. After he was the nominee, fighting against him was helping Hillary...period.

Trump doesn’t need an open borders, anti-gun big mouth as communications director.

Clearly he though he did, until a few hours ago. Who are we to second-guess President Trump? He knows best.

Well, what was best a few hours ago doesn’t have to be best now, and there could be a totally different best before we get up in the morning. Sense of urgency! Sense of urgency!

It like hiring a person to do a job they have absolutely no experience in is a bad thing.

You think keeping that vulgar loud mouth around was a good idea? Do you even know what he was calling his “friend” Donald Trump during the campaign?
Scaramucci came across as a lose cannon who is an big attention whore who is about himself. Before long he would have been wheeled around and turned on POTUS. He already was trashing Bannon within 24 hours of his hiring in the media...the New Yorker no less.
Screw that screwball.

He and POTUS go back a ways, POTUS probably thought he’d be good, but clearly he couldn’t handle the position or himself properly. When things go wrong you adjust. Scaramucci was toxic once he was appointed by POTUS. Attacking Bannon, shooting off his mouth to the left wing media using foul language, and this was within 24 hours of getting the job.
POTUS is smart and working hard for our side but he’s not perfect. He made a mistake appointing someone he thought he knew. Now he’s gone...we move on. It’s not a big deal imo

You think so? Well aren’t you glad that Trump doesn’t think like you.

He has reached out effectively to many never Trumper’s. And they have worked with him. With great success.

I don't think it's a big deal, either ... just a lot of fun.
