Absolutely.
The lies that were told to boost a Conspiracy Theory could not stand up. When I was 12 Years Old and had a head full of mush I initially bought into that garbage.
Two things I remember hearing, the first was Oswald couldn’t have possibly gotten off all the shots with that Bolt Action Rifle in the time allotted was disproved easily. Years ago I saw a video of a guy using the same type Rifle that got off all three shots in about half the time Oswald did.
Oswald also had the Rifle resting on the window sill which improved the accuracy of the Shots. The fact that he was a former Marine Rifleman didn’t hurt either.
The second thing was the question of the Bullet that struck the Texas Governor in the Arm. They kept saying it was a separate Shot because the trajectory would have to be different then the Shot that hit Kennedy. Turns out the seating position in the Lincoln Continental Limo is different for each row of Passengers. The Texas Governor was not directly in front of Kennedy as was implied by the Truthers of the day.
That being said, people believe in many things no matter the facts or lack of proof. SOS, different day.
I would alter that statement and say, “Oswald was somehow involved” but did not do it.
These documents were “scrubbed” a long time ago.
We are not going to find out anything new from this release.
There will be some juicy tidbits here and there that will lead to nowhere but there will be nothing conclusive and most certainly nothing that will force the Warren Commission findings to be dismissed.
Any “student” of this case cannot but be fascinated by the Sherlock Holmes/Agatha Christie/Hardey Boys/Nancy Drew /Phillip Marlowe/Sam Spade/Hercule Poirot nature and stories from the JFK assassination. It is the single greatest murder mystery of all time.
Any person who still clings to the official story is hopelessly niave.
It’s not that we want to believe in conspiracies, (though since Watergate we are more gullible to these sensational stories) it’s that there are too many holes in the story and too many dead witnesses from 1963-66.
The truth is to be found not just in medical forensics but centrally, it can be found it Oswald’s personal history and one of his Operators - Mr. George de Mohrenschildt who was, himself a small fish in the network.
Since that day in Dallas many people have turned this sad event into a circus and some have posited theories that are outlandish. From sewer drain shots, poison umbrella darts and even the Secret Service agent who shot JFK from within the limousine. We have been sent far of the scented path by charlatans, profiteers and agents who remain in the shadows.
The truth seems to be that this “hit” was a combo job by several very professional sources.
Was it really LBJ and Hoover, or the CIA? Was it a “lone Red nut” who pretended to be so? We do not know the truth yet and it will not show up in the upcoming release of documents.
Some people involved are still alive though not many.
At some point, probably after 2036 the truth MAY be known but don’t bet on it for if it was a coup d’etat or just a “renegade’, “splinter” group of agents working in hand with Mafia dons Marcelo or Sam Giacana or Trificante the realization would be too much for the ignorant American electorate to stomach and the house of cards might come tumbling down...
I don’t remember where I was......heh heh, well I was 4 yrs old, I’m certain I must have been in my family’s house, but I have no recollection of that day.... but I was only 4.....
Odd thing is, I remember very clearly hearing 2 days later that Oswald had been shot, even though I had no clue at the moment who Oswald was..... my aunt came onto the back porch and called out to my father (we were in the backyard), “Oswald was just shot!” I vividly remember thinking, “who was Oswald and why was he shot?”
If I were President, I’d release all the secret stuff...Area 51, UFO files, JFK, the works. Even if you don’t do anything else, instant legacy. They’ll be talkin about you for decades...
If he won’t go after Hillary, he won’t go after a 50 year old cold case.
He’ll be instantly talked out of it by his “advisors.”

I doubt that LBJ set up this trip, in order to have him killed. But then, nobody really will ever know and what does it matter now, anyway? Except that it would be nice, oh heck...WONDERFUL, if all of the lies, propaganda, and fairy tales about JFK, et al, were replaced by FACTUAL HISTORY, which most here, appear to not know.

Or the authority to have the bubble top removed from the car, that was Bill Moyers.
I found out after school when I got a ride home with one of the neighbor kids. Her mother told us. I was a little vague on some of the personalities involved, but I got informed very quickly. So I remember there being nothing on TV except somber music and coverage of the assassination and the lying in state and the funeral. I remember Oswald’s shooting too.
We had Life and Look magazines at home and my father always watched the news at 5:30, and I with him, so this was a story I followed for quite a while. I even remember some of the mysterious deaths of those connected to the investigation.
The JFK assassination was really my introduction to politics and government. I was a Goldwater man in 1964.
Enough said period.
His wife killed him.
So you think Oswald was the only one involved. Then he sure had a lot of influence with the SS who normally would have been standing on the bumper right behind JFK. The rear shooter would not have had a clear shot.
I can give you the whole story. Oswald did it. He acted alone and was the sole and only assassin.
