From what I understand, classified information is officially handled exclusively by the executive branch, and the legislative/judicial branches have what amounts to handshake agreements to handle classified information as part of their oversight or legal requirements. They can lose access to classified info for leaking, but it is hard to prosecute since congress would have to write a law that would expose itself to punishment just for leaking. Now sedition... That might have some legs.
That way they are not in or going to Congress, they can not be interfered with at those times.
This most likely will go no where ,,, congress is full of GLASS HOUSE DWELLERS with no one willing to throw the first stone which would set off an atomic like chain reaction with more than half of them facing criminal charges .
McCain’s probably at the top of the list.

The FBI is probably just as guilty of leaking as the people they are investigating. Big nothing burger! Until I see one of these scumbag bureaucrats hide nailed to a barn door I greet this proclamation with a big yawn.
