The complaint alleges that the Heritage Oak Private Education school in Yorba Linda unlawfully discriminated against Nikki, and elaborates: Heritage Oak repudiated Nikkis core identity. It refused to use the name, pronoun, and gender corresponding to Nikkis gender identity, required Nikki to wear the boys uniform and use the boys restroom, and failed to address the bullying that Nikki was subjected to because of her gender identity and gender expression.
The complaint also describes the harm that Nikki allegedly suffered:
Seven-year-old Nikki became depressed and talked about self-harm; she isolated herself socially and would not play with other children at recess because she could not be herself with them; she would not participate in school-related events after hours when she had to wear boys clothes; and she felt that the school was blocking her inner light. On the day when she tore a photograph of herself in half and cried out, I hate myself, Nikkis parents had no choice but to remove her from the school and homeschool her for the rest of the year.
In its statement of facts elaborating on the details of the case, the complaint asserts: It is a scientific truth that, for certain children, their inner sense of themselvestheir gender identitydoes not correspond to the sex assigned to them at birth.
The suit refers to California civil rights law, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender, which means biological sex as well as gender identity and gender expression.
In a statement reported by the Orange County Register, the school said that it had accommodated older transgender students without a problem, and that it had tried to work with Nikkis parents, but that they rejected its approach.

What these demonic parents are doing to their son is beyond criminal compared to treating him like the boy nature caused him to be.
The child needs to be taken from his parents and they should be charged with child abuse.
Someone needs to take this crap to court and get it up to Scotus so it can be put to rest once and for all (legally at least). A legal decision would stop most of the school indoctrination because the school admins are all afraid of being sued and of losing those cushy jobs and 100K/yr plus pensions.
Mom and Dad need to be shipped to the State Asylum for the Criminally Insane. The kid needs to be placed with a Christian homeschooling family.
This is a setup.
Nobody is transgender at the age of 7. The parents are psychotic.
The parents are sexist.
Is their kid being given patriarchal priviledge ‘she’ should be denied?
This is the mindset of the state so many people here insist should never be allowed to go its own way—and get walled off from the rest of us. Just watch: In 10 years (or less), it will be perfectly normal for progressive parents all over this land to cross-dress their little ones and make everybody else pretend they’re whatever sex they want to be that day.
What is the criteria for being considered transgender at that age? Being a tomboy? A boy playing with dolls?
The school should countersue the parents, demanding that the child get an independent psychological assessment as to whether they actually are transgender, or if the parents had sociopathically indoctrinated the child to believe they were transgendered.
And if the psychologist decided it was the latter situation, then that the court should contact the state child protective services, and investigate the parents for child abuse.
The parents should be prosecuted for child abuse.
Blocked the inner light ?
You mean like the movie E.T. inner light ?
I’ll betcha Soros is paying the parents legal fees.
From the get go.
This fake gender crap needs to stop. The Democrats are creating a fake voting constituency for themselves before our eyes.
It appears having a tranny child is quite a trendy thing these days.
They had “no choice” but to homeschool him after that.
Like there are no other schools.
That poor kid.
