Not all Federal employees.
I talk to DoD employees on a regular basis, and they are finally able to breath again after 8 years of tyranny.
The Feds you have to worry about are:
CIA
TSA
DOJ
EPA
FBI (sadly, because of Obama)
BLM
The Border Patrol, ICE, and now the Dept of Homeland Security are doing their jobs! And they love doing their jobs.
Support the military. Support those defending our borders. Support our medical personnel at Walter Reed.

Give them an specific order with a certain expected outcome and deadline. Wait for them to refuse. Then fire them for cause.
Replace them with veterans. All civil service employees should be vets anyway.
