"Put a damn dollar figure on it............. " No money involved. It's another "feel good" holiday.
Same as "National Hot Dog Day" or last week's "Ice Cream Sandwich Day". The black communities will have celebrations at their community centers for the local news stations to see and film but everybody else will be working...just like every other day.
