Ex-Foreign Policy Advisors hold no special residual powers.
Once their term of office expires, they can go fishing.

It’s amazing how many FReepers are misinterpreting this article. Brown is not advocating impeaching Trump (at least not in the article) he’s reporting what was said at the dinner by the likes of checked-pants Repubs like Schultz and Kissinger and Bloomberg, and others.
