Most of it seems to be not what he has done that is criminal but what he has not done. Incredible negligence on such a scale can only be seen as deliberate.
I never thought his skirts could be that clean in the muddy political environment of US politics. Looking he other way on such a scale has damaged US Justice in my opinion.

The more you look in places where X “ought to be” in ways and at times that X “should be likely to be there,” the more confidence you can have that there is no “X”.

He's not squeeky clean as the mediots have presented him. He is part and parcel of the two tiered justice system for the politcally connected.
