Most of it seems to be not what he has done that is criminal but what he has not done. Incredible negligence on such a scale can only be seen as deliberate.

I never thought his skirts could be that clean in the muddy political environment of US politics. Looking he other way on such a scale has damaged US Justice in my opinion.

Criminal activity not by commission, but by omission.

The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

The more you look in places where X “ought to be” in ways and at times that X “should be likely to be there,” the more confidence you can have that there is no “X”.

If you are interested in bagging ducks, go hunting where the ducks are.

Indeed it is. Let Mueller defend his actions/inaction. Let him explain why and how Eric Holder/Obama guided his thinking. He's not squeeky clean as the mediots have presented him. He is part and parcel of the two tiered justice system for the politcally connected.
