President Trump should make sure that the Norks and their erstwhile allies such as China and Russia understand that shooting missiles over or near our allies or territories IS an act of war and the U.S. will wage all-out war until the current Nork regime is destroyed.

One scenario.
Divide North Korea into four sectors, like Germany after WWII. Russia, US, China and South Korea, with a plan to eventually reunite with the South in 10 years time. It’s going to be a big job to transition North Korea, and this solution could be agreeable to all interested parties.
The North Korean people ain’t pouring south due to the heavily mined DMZ. They’re definitely heading north because those parts of China next to North Korea have sizable populations of ethnic Koreans.
