Not very many since Rick Scott has been Governor. Used to be more with trans-partisan Charlie Crist, low energy Jeb and Democrats prior to him. It’s not just the number and intensity of hurricanes. It’s the resiliency of the people. Compare Louisiana to Alabama with Katrina.
Plus, Democrats WANT hurricanes. Hurricanes = FEMA checks, and FEMA shacks and commodities. All these are good trading material for weed. And with any luck, you can have looting. That’s almost like hitting the lottery.

When in financial straits, universities practice LIFO: looniest in, first out. This guy brings in zero dollars to his institution. They’ll find a way to excise him without chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
I know it was supposed to be “these people”, but “these pope” is also correct in their hatred of America and Trump. 8<)
