Last weekend in Berkeley, Calif., a group of neo-communist antifa — “anti-fascist” — thugs attacked peaceful protesters at a “No to Marxism in America” rally, wielding sticks and pepper spray, and beating people with homemade shields that read (I kid you not) “No Hate.” The Post reports how one peaceful protester “was attacked by five black-clad antifa members, each windmilling kicks and punches into a man desperately trying to protect himself.” Members of the Berkeley College Republicans were then stalked by antifa goons who followed them to a gas station and demanded they “get the [expletive] out” of their car, warning, “We are real hungry for supremacists and there is more of us.”
The organizer of the anti-Marxism protest is not a white supremacist. Amber Cummings is a self-described “transsexual female who embraces diversity” and had announced on Facebook that “any racist groups like the KKK [and] Neo Nazis . . . are not welcome.” The protest was needed, Cummings said, because “Berkeley is a ground zero for the Marxist Movement.”

I have no love for neonazis, but they aren’t as violent as antifa, at least here in the states.

The meme has gone out from the top that the Antifa movement has gotten out of control, is angering Americans who have been neutral up to this point, and is splintering the party. The people at the top are panicking.
These thugs and anarchists don’t need a Soros paycheck to show up to break heads of peaceful protesters. The rats have lost control of their brown shirts. The dusk of the night of long knives for Antifa. The only dedenders they will have left will be Rino never Trumpers.
The usual response from the rats, when they do something so stupid and so egregious, is to double down on the stupid. And act out even twice as much as before.
I believe they have received word from their major donors that this foolishness has to stop before it upsets the entire applecart.

Just as the KKK used to be, Antifa is the enforcement arm of the Democrat party.
I suspect that’s exactly right. But it must be noted that antifa idiots are mostly white young college aged protesters. Mostly white.
And yet BLM activists can carry out stupid acts of violence, bigotry, ignorance and hatred on a scale of 10 to 20 times worse. And the rats in charge do not call them on it because they would look racist themselves.
Go figure.
The BLM activists are members of a legally protected class. The Antifa activists are not.

Further, under the Patriot Act, should the president classify an organization as a terrorist entity, no end of legal sanctions could be applied, both to members and to backers.
The people at the top understand that they are playing with fire.
