They can play that video at his funeral.

(You cannot invade the mainland US. There'd be a rifle behind every blade of grass.)

I also saw this equally-realistic video of bomb test, too.

Difficult to do that if he is vaporized.

Correction: Video of a camera shaking... (The clouds moved up & down with the mountain.)

True. Even if there was a shaking, it won't be detectable from distance. I think
the ground was shaking leading to camera shaking.

“...a device which appears to be an instrument panel next to a nuclear warhead marked with the writing hydrogen bomb.
The mental image is like a Bugs Bunny cartoon. BS or not? You be the judge.

Some expert put up the following diagram on social media. It is a diagram of their H-bomb design she deduced based on their published news photo. Is this a fairly generic design?

I saw some guys standing near a metal trash can. Saw no assembling of a damn thing.

Seems to be omitting something we figured out in the fifties: a radiation shield to prevent premature heating of the secondary. But that was the old classic Teller-Ulam devices, something may have changed in the art.
We had a few fizzles until this was fixed.

There is a brief snapshot (9 sec into the video) which shows somebody in protective suits putting two parts together. That is probably what they are referring to.

I suspect it was a typical DPRK propaganda fake. Leading uo to the shaking was a "dazzle" series composed of alternating frames of bright blast and the mountain -- then the vertical "shaking".
You may be correct, but the effect is absurdly simple to fake -- and is deucedly difficult to avoid with un-stabilized hand-held cameras.
If the clip had been of tripod displacement, as you describe, within seconds, there should have been lateral shaking following the passage of the vertical "P" compressive wave and the arrival of the lateral "S" shear motion.
I had the experience of being near the epicenter of a magnitude 4.9 quake. The P wave felt like I was hit on the soles of my feet with a sledgehammer, and, before I had time to say more than "Wow!", the S wave made the suspended lights in the room start swaying from side to side...
~~~~~~
I'll stick with my "O.9 probability of a propaganda fake" assessment... '-)
...marked with the writing hydrogen bomb. Reminds me of a certain Baghdad sign on a bomb-damaged building that said (conveniently, in English), "Baby Milk Factory"...
Like something you would see in a Bugs Bunny and Road Runner Cartoon. And why was it in Engrish?
With all the crappy things going on in this country, regardless of all the stupid people running around, I thank God to be in America and be an American. It’s hard to believe that scene in the video is real. That country needs to be cleansed. It has devolved into an evil power.
