If there really is a 40 to 60% fraud rate in DACA application Data, then maybe it isn't in our nation's interest to kick out all the Dreamers, but about half of them may be a good idea.

Sorry Paul. Those who stood in line to get visa's and those immigrants that applied for citizenship, come first and the DACA’s don't get to jump ahead of them.

Is it in the interest of hard working taxpayers, legal citizens, and those who respect our laws to have them stay?

In other words- Is it in the best interest of the people who will have to PAY for the DACA recipients ?.i.e. Those folks who will have less to give to their own children because of being forced for to support illegals?

Glad to see that you are still committing to your delusion that congress will never pass DACA amnesty..while refusing to make a stand on whether Trump will sign it.

he will sign it.

Garbage?

How about they put the time and effort in to being naturalized like millions of immigrants have?

Why do south of the border immigrants have priority over immigrants from westernized countries?

The problem is we are granting a free pass to riff-raff, while the people who can benefit America are made to work hard, pay, and learn to be naturalized.

Also DACA was illegal in the first place. It was forced upon the American people by a dictator.

Sorry pal, but the good DACA folks should have zero problem going through normal naturalization protocols. But all I hear is “I should be allowed to stay,” not “I am willing to prove I am an American like millions of my community have done before me.”

It isn’t the American peoples responsibility. We are being guilt-tripped daily into accepting an ILLEGAL PRESIDENTS ILLEGAL ORDER. It’s disgusting. If they were actually HONEST about DACA and “dreamers” Americans would be enraged. But they have to resort to dredging up empathy when there should be no empathy. I have none, I would if these “dreamers” had tried to change their country, or have become Americans, but they don’t. They don’t spend money here, they bring their families here, they don’t learn English. They don’t care that their countries are garbage, and they won’t care that America is garbage after America goes on the trash heap.

This should be done on a case by case basis. If they are an asset to the country extend this status. If not....home they go. If they are on US benifits-home. If they are not working-home if they have been convicted-home. If they are immigrant activists-home

There is a difference between actual children who where brought here years ago through no fault of their own;

A steaming pile of BS. This is the crap the amnesty advocates use to justify the legalization of lawbreakers. The is nothing in the DACA guidelines that requires an applicant to be brought here by their parents. We had a flood of unaccompanied "children" a few years ago spurred on by Obama's "Dreamer" unconstitutional executive order. Most of them were teenagers and male. Here are the DACA guidelines:

You may request DACA if you:

1. Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012;

2. Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;

3. Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time;

4. Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS;

5. Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012;

6. Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and

7. Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor,or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

DACA approvals were 99.4% of the applicants. Vetting was poor and incomplete. Essentially, anyone who applied was approved. It was a giant scam. The so-called Dreamers were used as the camel's nose under the tent for a blanket amnesty for the 12 to 30 million illegal aliens in this country. They were the most sympathetic group to fool uninformed Americans like you who do not understand the issue. It is all about the "children."

When you reward something, you get more of it. We had a "one time" amnesty in 1986. The USG estimated that one million would apply, but the true number turned out to be 2.7 million. The process was rife with fraud. We now have 12 to 30 million lawbreakers expecting another amnesty. Are we saying that any child brought here "through no fault of their own" is guaranteed legalization? Does DACA have a beginning or an end or is it an open-ended program? Where do you draw the line?

Rush Limbaugh did mention a way io compromise for everyone here illegally- They can stay, but ensure that they can’t vote ever, or maybe after 25 years? Have severe penalties if the do i.e- immediate deportation for the whole family exc..

This is why I never trust any of them. Even Trump.

Give it up Nevertrumpers.

If he does absolutely nothing else for the rest of his term, he has already done more for the conservative cause than any President in the last thirty years.

Yes the chart was in the article...Yes, according to the chart, border crossings have doubled since April...They are no longer 70 to 80% of what they were in 2016.

Again, thank you for posting the chart from the article...

Any policy towards illegals must - MUST - address the incentives that are set up by that policy. Are you incentivizing more to try their hand at illegal entry or are you incentivizing them to stay home and apply through the legal process?

With 600 million people south of our porous non-existent southern border and untold millions outside the Americas who might also avail themselves of this easy access, there can be only one immigration policy -

Stop giving prizes

for illegal entry.

Any measure that permits those who entered illegally to benefit from that illegal act is amnesty. And any amnesty will bring millions more invaders.

This must be stopped.

Will you help stop this?
You can help:
