Failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton demonstrated on Wednesday one of the ways she dealt with her shocking loss to President Trump in the aftermath of the 2016 election while promoting her new campaign memoir.
"Seems like you've been doing a lot of yoga?" CNN's Anderson Cooper asked during an interview organized as part of Clinton's What Happened book tour.
"Yes, I have," Clinton responded. "And alternate nostril breathing."

He quizzed, “Did you make enough mistakes yourself to lose the election?”
Clinton shot back, “Well, I will say no Matt.”
I can safely say that every losing candidate in the history of Presidential elections would have answered that question in the affirmative. In fact, I can’t recall any recent losers writing a book on why they lost. Who cares to know why you lost?

BTW, alternating nostrils is a thing, in my twenties I was able to do it, the hatha yoga instructor also threw in some pranayama.
