This is so much crap! If it is not to throw disrespect to the flag and the many thousands that gave their all to give you a chance to make your millions to play a game for a few years because you have to say it isn’t, then what is the circumstance? That has never been defined.
If it is to show the problems of race in this country, then go to your congressman and show him. You have the notoriety to get in to see him and do it with a media trail.
But, you know, what makes it a real comedy is that in the profession you have chosen, it is required that if a head coaching job comes open, a black candidate must be interviewed within the ones considered for the job. And if you think it is being ignored, The NFL fined Detroit $200k in 2003 for not finding a black candidate even though the ones they asked knew Mooch was going to get the job so they didn’t try.
So they are complaining about something they don’t even participate in themselves. And stepping on the real heroes backs to get there without reason wen it doesn’t have to happen.

I suspect there are other Steeler players whose sentiments are with Villanueva but didn’t have the balls do what he did, and are feeling like wusses right now. Good. Also glad to see that the Steelers were beaten by one of the worst teams in the NFL today (the Bears).

What a load of tripe - life is all about choosing and being man (or woman) enough to stand by one's choices. I bet this crap flies in the face of many of his pep talks - he's a snowflake enabler, not a coach/leader of men....
