The Wall Street Journal reported that Kelly told Rohrabacher to bring the information to the intelligence community.Which is about the last thing he should do, and further proof that Kelly isn't trustworthy. As for Assange, he'll have to give up some worthwhile info before anyone agrees to pardon him.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I didnt think the President could pardon a non-US citizen.
I believe the presidential pardon can apply to anyone for any federal offense.
