Good. This is the way to stop the crap.

Most of these ‘oh so caring companies’ pay illegals four dollars an hour... that's what a landscaping told me a few years ago... said it was hard to compete with companies like that...

The $95 million fine includes forfeiture of up to $80 million in profits that the company earned as a result of its hiring of illegal aliens, plus a civil fine of $15 million.

Under "The Buck Stops Here" rule, why wasn't the CEO jailed, even if for only a wrist-slap six months? ("Oh the horror! Whatever will the Country Club members think of me now?")

Fines are just a cost of doing business. Jail time for the upper crust however . . .

We had a construction company for many years and lived in fear of getting nailed for hiring illegals. In recent years I know many many companies made it a practice to hire, depending on the work being done, Mexicans who were generally known to be cheaper and better workers than the union types - who would often go over their paychecks on Friday while reading to us from their union book.

I call foul on this. I had documents I knew were fraudulent. How many of you have seen a multi colored social security card. When I denied these documents I got in huge trouble with government officials berating me for not being a documents expert. True, I am not, but some things are obvious.

What’s funny is if and when the illegals are dismissed from employment with this company, they will be able to collect unemployment benefits and benefits from what ever they paid into social security. I have have seen it often. You can have your unemployment check mailed to Mexico, NO KIDDING!

I'm having a couple of trees removed and trimmed next week, and I am using a local small business with AMERICAN WORKERS.

The owner told me that since Trump won the election, his business has gone through the roof and if he could hire more qualified, legal, workers he could double his business.

God Bless America {and President Trump}, I love that man and his whole family... well I kinda like Jared.

I hope this court judgement puts the fear of God into my unscrupulous competitors in the North Texas construction trades.

I want my industry (and my income) back.
