The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 29% who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 45% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -16. (see trends).
Title says 45%, but story says 46%, not the same.
But an interesting thing to consider, these ratings are not too dissimilar from the One’s and he had 24/7 worship from the Media Party, versus the 24/7 vitriol that Donald gets from the Media Party presently.
We know polls are skewed so I bet its more like 65% or more like President Trump.
On my local radio station after reporting Las Vegas horror they went right into how great obama was during sandy hook.
Really wanted to punch someone but I was driving.
The very Nags screaming about womens rights in my office would be the first to need saving if a disaster occurred.

Not same as last Friday. Your headline is wrong, Trump approval prr Rasmussen is 46% and not as you indicate 45%.

The main difference is just the STRONGLY disapprove.... but approval is pretty much on target with Obamas.... and as you pointed out the press could not bring itself to say a bad word about him, no matter what illegal or unconstitutional action he engaged in.
As I recall, polls were 0-17. Bet its closer to 60%.
methinks people are looking at the wrong sources for their news.
Question: how to change those misguided habits?
Imagine what it would be in an honest poll
30% of the country is committed leftist and should be ignored. So we start any poll analysis with 70% as the full support number.
At 45% approval, Trump is then 45% in favor and 25% not in favor which is an amazingly good result when you consider how dishonest both polls and media coverage are.

Up a point to 46% in the story.
Reality? Based on my voter registration stats that I’ve been posting at www.bigleaguepolitics.com, we’re looking at low 50s, but among voters in battleground states? Mid-60s.
The Blue States drag his numbers down. I have him at about 56 approve in the Red and Purple States.
40-some percent of people voted for Hillary, they will never approve, that’s ok, we don’t need them to.
“Strongly approve” and “strongly disapprove” have both made the Lawyrence Welk trend change sign at their respective ends of the spectrum. If Trump were a commodity, I’d be buying a long option.
