LOL! I came back to the states in ‘63 after my Dad had a two year assignment in London. Does that make me part of the British invasion? I did bring a Beatles record with me. Possibly one of the first ones to enter the country. Love Me Do and the flip was Please Please Me. ;-) (I think those were the ones. 50+ years ago and I don’t have it now!)

The british invasion brought us the “counter culture” attitude. That is the seed of the most destructive element of our social decay now, the self centered attitude where the world is all about “me” and my feelings.
