No not in Nevada but the hotels are private property and as such the owners can set policy re: carrying. They have no force of law. All they can do is ask you to leave. Refusal to do so would be trespassing. You would be free to go and take your business else where which you should

This not like a NY or NJ airport where you would most likely get arrested if your tried to check your firearm through on a layover. The law would have to be substantially changed in Nevada.

The Hotels won't be able to sustain this and any searches are just knee jerk security theater. They will revert back after the economic impact takes hold.

Nevada has pretty much normalized and standardized laws across the state ie: the state sets policy rather than the individual county like Clark county which was like a little NY in the desert.
