Rukmini Callimachi, New York Times ISIS correspondent is having second thoughts about the Islamic States involvement in the Las Vegas attack. It appears increasingly to point in that direction and it would be a stunning indictment of the FBIs nonchalant dismissal of their claims. Knowing what we know about the FBIs involvement in the Garland Texas jihad attacks and the Boston plot to behead me, the kindest thing I can say about them is that they cannot be trusted.

It will be interesting to see what the new MSM narrative is.
I think quite a few are coming to this conclusion.
So now we are supposed to believe a New York Times ISIS Expert?
Geez! Get a grip! It took 9 days to get the first police reports for San Bernardino and the lovely ‘couple’ had a huge social media footprint!
I know people who still refuse to get a cell phone and even more who won’t trade in their flip phone. What do you think their social media footprint looks like?
I think Antifa was part of it. They are going all in on ISIS to redirect the narrative. Both may be to blame.
The official government story is never the truth. Always a cover up.
The Left might prefer an ISIS motive other than the one where Paddock hated the Right.
“So now we are supposed to believe a New York Times ISIS Expert?”
I have never said I believed the MSM “experts.”
As a matter of fact I have often been attacked as a conspiracy theorist for questioning the prevailing MSM narratives.
The important point is that the MSM work together to push a narrative. They usually do so in unison and that sets the parameters for the public discussion and debate.
Seldom do the media people do a complete 180.
You sound like you are living in the old Soviet Union or East Germany!
Didn’t the NYT “snap” a long time ago..?
Dunno.
I’d expect a Moslem to shoot it out with the cops rather shooting himself.
Perhaps a loner nutcase, perhaps ISIS, or perhaps Antifa, we don’t know yet but investigators will find out. After they discover the truth, we will find out. The FBI could (and in some cases would) hide the truth. With multiple agencies, no one will be able to force a false narrative.
The truth may be delayed to avoid interfering with the investigation, and that is a good thing, but I’m not worried that it will remain hidden. Remember what happened with Hillary’s emails and Carlos Danger. Once the NYPD got involved, there were no secrets. I expect this to be the same.
That's why I think it's either Islam or just crazy evil.
Or there's a conspiracy.
My entire social media footprint is here.
I use a Nokia 3585 for a phone to make phone calls.
Antifa are rock throwers, maybe a molotov cocktail. Not machine gunning hundreds of innocent people.
This is ISIS or there is no explanation.
Else - he killed for fun.
“Id expect a Moslem to shoot it out with the cops rather shooting himself.”
What evidence do we have that he killed himself?
“Antifa are rock throwers, maybe a molotov cocktail. Not machine gunning hundreds of innocent people”.
Don’t bet on that. Underestimating the enemy gets people killed.
“You sound like you are living in the old Soviet Union or East Germany! “
In many respects, he is! We have devolved into a society where guilt is only assigned to those who actually get caught. And even then, any number of criminals in our government get a pass.
Not USIS, antifa.
Just thought I would toss their hat into the ring.
See somthing, say somthing, gun control push, state media and brown shirts...
I vote East Germany.
Doubtful he was alone considering the # of rounds he got off, damage, etc. Anyone who rules out this possibility is crazy.
