Little problem with the First Amendment, although I’m sure this was shoved in the “public accommodation” type statutes, which the government essentially argues is immune from constitutional challenges, since you always have the “freedom” to stop doing business if you want your free speech.

That is how “hate speech” rules lead to destruction of freedom of speech.
Liberals already define their ideology as love, peace, tolerance, smart, educated. This lets them classify ALL conservative views as hate speech and thus banned under hate speech rules others accepted because of the bailey and motte method.
“We just want to be allowed to love!” Then, “We have to have marriage, just want to love!” And now “If you don’t shut up you evil hater, you’re attacking me and we have to kill you because you’re an evil hater. It is for our very safety!”
This is also our mistake for letting liberals say speech equals violence, so they can silence ALL speech they don’t like as equivalent to fighting words / calls for violence.
It also lets them literally attack people for expressing opinions they don’t like, in their minds.
That it is the same reasoning that allows Muslims to kill critics of the faith is lost on them. That to criticize the belief system or end results is defined as an attack on the whole group, so death to the infidel who doesn’t shut up until out of sight, either in his home or his quarter where no real person hears them.
