a. the russians did not create anti-hillary meme’s, they were already out there, no matter what sources used them
b. creation and use of social media accounts is not a factual statement of whether or not those accounts were any critical mass of “opinion shaping” out there.
c. I do not think that anything the Russians might have done altered opinions of actual voters - I think Trump’s voters already existed in number everywhere; no matter and regardless of how any “Russian” social media posts REFLECTED - not “created” - their views.
